referrals, we are offering a 10% discount on all Handyman Service labor to clients who
refer Cardinal to new clients who use our services. To receive this discount
please use the following process:
Refer a perspective client to Cardinal Home Services.
Contact Cardinal via our email
to let us know of the perspective client.
Upon initiating services with the perspective client, Cardinal will
email you a certificate for the discounted handyman services.

the right to modify or discontinue this referral promotion at any time. Also note
