Basement Bath/Laundry Room

As part of a basement implementation project, Cardinal was contracted to construct a bathroom and a laundry area that would meet the clients needs of saving space, having a bath presentable for guest use, and would be functional for managing a laundry volume for thier family.  The result was a gally style room with two closets on the left side of the room and a shower, toilet, and vanity configuration on the right.  One closet housed the washer, dryer and shelving while the other housed a folding table, storage for laundry bins, and shelving for supplies.

Double closet configuration of bath Bi-fold doors on the closets allowed the space to be closed off for a presentable bath space but quite functional for use on laundry days.  Florescent lights were installed in both spaces for convenience.
