Cardinal Home Services is owned and operated by Jeff Hoffman in Herndon, Virginia.  Operating since 2001, Cardinal has operated on the premise that the client is the most valuable asset to the business.  Developing solid client/contractor relationships has been the keystone to the business and has allowed Cardinal to be a business built primarily on referrals and repeat business.

Cardinal employs three part-time home improvement specialists  that have been with the business for the majority of its operation.  Cardinal also utilizes a limited number of select contractors due their individual quality of service, experience, and attention to detail. 

Although small in size, The team at Cardinal believe that the business size has been of benefit by allowing more dedicated focus on individual client projects as opposed to implementing multiple contracts in parallel to one another.
